See your team & accept invitations
Your member roster lives in your organization’s Teams console — open your organization, go to Teams, and switch to the Members tab. Inviting happens from the same console, and acceptance is deliberately strict so an invite can only ever be used by the person it was sent to.
The rosterlink
In your organization’s Teams console (Teams, then the Members tab), the roster shows each member of the organization: their name, role, status, email, IAM role assignments, monthly Koins allowance (used vs allotted — shown as Sikka for India accounts), and which Kariant subdomains they can access. The Teams tab beside it is where teams themselves — and their members and roles — are managed. The old Platform Team page redirects here.
How invitations worklink
Only the organization owner can issue an invitation, from the Teams console. The invite is a link to kariant.app/join-team carrying a one-time token, valid for 14 days, and names a role — owner, admin, manager, member, or viewer. It can also carry a monthly Koins allowance for the new member.
Accepting an invitationlink
Acceptance is verified server-side, and all of the following must hold:
- check_circleYou are signed in, and the email on your Kariant account is verified.
- check_circleYour account email matches the email the invitation was sent to (case-insensitive).
- check_circleThe invitation is still pending — an already-used, revoked, or expired invite fails with a clear message.
What accepting doeslink
One atomic step activates your member profile, applies your role (and any IAM binding), adds you to the team roster, sets your monthly Koins allowance if the invite carried one, and burns the invitation so it cannot be used again — even by two people clicking at the same instant.
Frequently asked questions
Why does it say the invitation was sent to a different email?expand_more
Invites are locked to the invited address. Sign in with the account that owns that email — or ask the organization owner to reissue the invite to the address you use.
Why am I asked to verify my email before accepting?expand_more
Acceptance requires a verified email so an invitation cannot be claimed by an account merely typing the right address. Verify from hq.kariant.app, then open the invite link again.
Can anyone on the team send invites?expand_more
No — only the organization owner can issue invitations, and the server independently checks that the issuer really is the owner before honoring an accept.
