Account, profile & organization

The /account page is the single global master for your identity and is identical on every Kariant surface. It manages your photo, name, email, unique @handle, phone, date of birth, what you do (school student, college student, working professional or other) and where you study or work; your account status and address; language, currency, and country preferences; notification and privacy choices; and your default AI model. Premium AI models chosen here are metered in Koins on every AI surface — the default model is free.

Your account status — Individual or Organization, plus its sub-status (Registered or Unregistered Individual; your organization’s registered legal form) — is your declared legal status and locks once saved. A sole proprietorship counts as a Registered Individual, and a website alone never makes you an organization. The one allowed change: an Individual who later legally registers an organization can migrate to Organization from this page by declaring the registered legal form — a permanent, one-way step. For anything else, contact support.

One competition-specific exception: on quiz.skollar.club, your date of birth, what you are and your country lock once you confirm them — they decide which Skollar Quiz 2026 formats you can enter and what you pay, so they cannot quietly drift afterwards. To correct them there, use Request a change (Contact Team Skollar) on that account page. Every other Kariant surface leaves these fields editable as normal.

Security lives on /settings, not here. Your password, phone verification and two-factor sign-in are all on that page, and they apply to your whole Kariant account rather than to one domain.

The /profile page is your public, organization-less entity page — built for creators, freelancers, sole proprietors, and unregistered businesses. It carries your positioning and digital presence. Adding your website there unlocks a Business tab — an organization-grade view of your work — without changing your account status: only a registered legal form makes an Organization. If you later legally register one, migrate from your Account page.

The /settings page holds two things. Its preferences are contextual to the Kariant domain you are on: notifications, display, privacy (including that domain’s leaderboards), and per-domain AI preferences. Settings on one domain do not change another — your identity choices stay on /account.

Below those, the Security section is account-wide and identical wherever you open it: change your password, verify your contact phone, and manage two-factor sign-in. Each of those saves on its own, separately from the Save Settings button above them.

The /organization page creates and manages your organization, in two tabs. My Organizations is where you create organizations and edit them: every organization claims a globally-unique @handle — your identity in URLs and headers across Kariant. The handle is derived from your organization’s website and is claimed the moment you add one; an organization created without a website starts as a basic page and claims its @handle as soon as you add the website later. Handles are claimed first-come; if a handle is taken you will be told at claim time.

The Architecture tab shows the same data as a collapsible tree of your root organizations and subsidiaries, with chips for each node’s products, services, brands, social profiles, and directories. It is an overview and navigator — clicking a chip opens that entity’s detail page — and it can verify your hierarchy against the live web, reporting which of your organizations’ sites actually resolve and what they say today. If you are not signed in, /organization presents an overview of how organization mapping works instead.

Each entity supports an AI refresh: organizations get a deep multi-dimension analysis (including SWOT, stakeholders, and financials), and products, services, brands, social profiles, and directories each get their own forensic analysis — all grounded with Google Search so the read reflects the live web, not model memory.
