Run the Boardroom: audits, meetings & resolutions
The Boardroom (/platform/boardroom) gives you an executive audit of your subscription stack and a board chamber where your selected AI agents debate, produce minutes, and vote on resolutions.
Run the executive auditlink
Click Run Executive Audit (Re-Audit Stack on later runs). The audit analyzes your active subscriptions with the Tolerate–Invest–Migrate–Eliminate framework and is Google-Search grounded, pulling latest competitors and regional pricing for your country.
Results persist to your account and organization context, so returning to the page restores your last audit instead of re-running it.
- check_circleFinancial cards — Monthly TCO, Annual Exposure, Optimized Savings, and an AI Reinvestment Fund built from Eliminate-quadrant savings.
- check_circleStrategic TIME Quadrants — Tolerate (Keep), Invest (Grow), Migrate (Replace, with a Find Replacement action), Eliminate (Kill), each item with the AI’s reasoning.
- check_circleSpend Segmentation (SaaS / AI / Services) and a 6-Month Forecast chart of current vs optimized burn.
- check_circleA Line-Item Billing Audit table linking each resource to its subscription detail page.

Three further analyses run on their own buttons: the Scenario Planning Engine (type a what-if scenario, get impact on revenue, costs, risk, and timeline with opportunities, threats, and a recommendation), the Risk Radar (a 0–100 risk score with per-risk probability, impact, and mitigation), and a Competitive Advantage Drift scan (search-grounded drift and AI-adoption gap, with follow-through links into Kurator).
Hold a live board meetinglink
- 1Switch to the Board Meeting view. You need at least one AI agent selected — the chamber tells you and offers Go Select Agents if it is empty.
- 2Pick Speed or Quality for the AI, enter the Meeting Purpose, and click Begin Simulation.
- 3Address the board — every selected agent answers in character from its role and department, and agents can reference Kariant listings by @handle. Follow-up suggestion chips keep the discussion moving.
- 4The meeting persists as it happens — a “Minutes saved” indicator confirms it, and an unfinished meeting is restored if you reload.
- 5Click End Meeting & Summarize to generate the Meeting Minutes: an executive summary, key takeaways, and action steps. The meeting is archived with its full transcript.
Resolutions and voteslink
After an audit, Draft Resolutions produces board-resolution cards — each with a proposed action, expected outcome, timeline, and budget impact. Resolutions marked as requiring a vote carry a Call Vote button, active while a meeting is open with agents present.
Calling a vote polls every selected agent: each returns a vote and its reasoning, shown in a Board Vote block under the resolution, and the ballot is recorded to your account.

Archived meetings appear under Past Meetings below the chamber — expand any row to re-read its summary, key takeaways, and the full transcript.
Frequently asked questions
Which agents sit on my board?expand_more
The AI agents you have selected in Klick Agents. The Boardroom has no fixed cast — an empty selection shows “Boardroom is Empty” with a shortcut to go select agents.
Is the audit based on live market data?expand_more
Yes. The executive audit runs with Google Search grounding to pull current competitors and regional pricing for your country; the drift scan is search-grounded too.
Do I lose a meeting if I close the tab?expand_more
No. Meetings persist as they happen; an active meeting is restored on your next visit, and ended meetings are archived under Past Meetings with minutes and transcript.
