Track achievements, XP & badges
The Achievements page (/platform/achievements) tracks the XP, badges, and streaks your activity earns across Kariant, and ranks you on an XP leaderboard. Achievements are a progression track — they do not pay out Koins.
Levels and XPlink
You progress through eight named levels — Explorer, Researcher, Evaluator, Strategist, Architect, Authority, CIO, and Legend — with a progress bar showing your total XP and how much remains to the next level. An activity streak, when you have one, shows as a day counter.
Badges and recent activitylink
The Badges grid collects what you have earned — from First Comparison and Stack Builder to 7-Day and 30-Day Streaks, Referral Champion, and more. Recent Activity lists your last ten achievement events with the XP each one awarded, so you can see exactly where progress came from.
The leaderboardlink
The Leaderboard ranks the top 20 accounts by total XP. Your own row is highlighted as “You”; everyone else appears anonymized, so competing does not mean exposing identities.
The same view is embedded as the Achievements tab of the CIO Dashboard, and signed-out visitors to /platform/achievements get a public overview of the system instead of a login wall.
Frequently asked questions
How do I earn XP and badges?expand_more
Through real activity — reviewing, comparing, and discovering on Kariant. The page’s own empty state says it directly: start reviewing, comparing, and discovering to earn badges.
Do achievements pay out real Koins?expand_more
No — achievements award XP and badges only. Koins credit through the dedicated earn programs — referrals and the platform-configured user task rewards (profile completion, organization setup, published reviews) when enabled — never from the achievements track. Partner platform actions don’t earn Koins either; they earn recognition badges only.
Can other users see my name on the leaderboard?expand_more
No. Only your own row is labeled — other accounts are anonymized.
