Track your sales journeys in Kontinue
Kontinue (/platform/kontinue) is your side of the sales relationship: every demo you book, quote you request, and interaction you start becomes a journey card you can track to its outcome.
What a journey card showslink
Each card carries the journey type — Demo Booking, Quote Request, or Interaction — with the listing it concerns, the customer and partner involved, when it was created, a snippet of the latest update, and a status chip: pending, scheduled, rescheduled, subscribed, cancelled, closed success, or closed failed.
View Timeline opens the journey’s full history at /kontinue/<id>.
Filter by stagelink
Four filters split the grid: All, Pending, Active (scheduled and rescheduled journeys), and Closed (subscribed, cancelled, and closed outcomes). If you have not started any journeys yet, the page says so and points you at booking a demo or requesting a quote — journeys are created by those actions, not by hand.
Frequently asked questions
How do I start a journey?expand_more
By acting on a listing — booking a demo, requesting a quote, or starting an interaction. Kontinue tracks what you have set in motion; there is no manual “new journey” form.
Is this the same as the provider’s CRM?expand_more
It is the same journey seen from your side. Providers work the seller view in their own console; you track status and history here.
