Publish case studies
Case studies are the proof layer of your listing: real customer stories that publish right where buyers decide. You build them in the console, they pass review, and they go live on your listing.
Create a case studylink
The case-studies console lives at /partner/solutions/engagement/case-studies. Each case study is attached to one of your software, AI-tool, or service listings — those are the catalogs case studies cover; reward listings don’t carry them.
- 1Open /partner/solutions/engagement/case-studies and click to create a new case study.
- 2Pick the listing it belongs to.
- 3Tell the story: the customer, the problem, what you did, and the outcome. Write outcomes you can stand behind — review checks for substance.
- 4Submit for review.
Review, then livelink
Every case study is reviewed by the Kariant team before publishing — the same human quality gate as listings and deals, so buyers can trust what they read. Once approved, the case study is published on your listing’s detail page.
Review decisions notify you in-app: an approval tells you the study published, and a rejection carries the reviewer’s note verbatim — the reviewer must write one, so you always know exactly what to change.
You can track each case study’s status in the console and edit or retire published ones from the same page.
If a study is rejected, the Revise action copies it into a fresh draft you can edit and resubmit — the rejected original stays as the editorial record and cannot be edited or deleted in place. Deleting is available only while a study is a draft or in review.
Why case studies convertlink
Buyers on your detail page are already evaluating you — a concrete, reviewed customer story answers the “does this work for someone like me?” question at the exact moment it is asked. Pair case studies with authentic reviews and a complete listing for the strongest decision surface.
