Is being cited in AI answers extra?expand_more
Citations inside Kariant’s own Klick answers are part of the AI and Agentic AI tiers. Labeled sponsored slots inside AI answers are a separate Boost product and are always marked.
What decides where my listing ranks organically?expand_more
Relevance to what the buyer asked for, plus quality and trust signals: ratings, review volume, listing completeness and freshness, and fit to the buyer’s profile (industry, country). Over time Kariant also learns from aggregate buyer engagement — listings that buyers consistently view, compare, save, and contact after seeing earn stronger placement. Organic ranking is never for sale; the practical levers are a complete, fresh, honest listing and a real review base.
Do I see individual buyers’ browsing activity?expand_more
No. Partner analytics show anonymized, aggregated interest — impressions, engagement, and anonymized intent segments — never an individual buyer’s browsing profile. Buyers who identify themselves through a demo, quote, or lead form arrive as normal leads.
