Claim your listing
If a listing for your product already exists on Kariant but is not attached to your account, file a claim from /partner/listings. Every claim is reviewed by the Kariant team, and approval transfers the listing’s ownership to you.
File a claimlink
- 1Open /partner/listings and click “Claim a listing”.
- 2Pick the listing type — software, AI tool, service, reward, or architecture.
- 3Enter the listing’s public handle (from its URL) or its ID.
- 4Write your evidence of ownership (up to 2,000 characters): company role, website control, matching domain email — whatever shows the listing is yours.
- 5Submit. The claim is recorded as pending and our team reviews it.
Review and transferlink
Every claim is reviewed by hand by the Kariant team. On approval, the listing’s ownership transfers to your account — it appears in your listings index and workspace like any listing you created. On rejection, a decision note explains why; hover the rejected status chip to read it.
Your claims appear in the “My Listing Claims” rail on /partner/listings with status chips: pending, approved, or rejected. One open claim per listing per account — refiling while a claim is pending is blocked, and an already-approved claim cannot be filed again.
How claims travellink
Claim submission and status reads ride Kariant’s secure partner gateway — claims are stored and processed server-side only, so nobody can read or tamper with the claim queue from a browser. If the gateway rail is temporarily unavailable, the claims section tells you submission is unavailable rather than failing silently.
Frequently asked questions
Can I claim a listing someone else already owns?expand_more
You can file the claim — that is what the evidence field is for. The team weighs your evidence before any transfer; if you already own the listing, filing is blocked.
What happens to the listing’s reviews and data when my claim is approved?expand_more
The listing itself transfers — its public page, handle, and accumulated data stay intact. Only the owning account changes.
My claim was rejected — can I try again?expand_more
Yes, once the previous claim is decided you can refile with stronger evidence. Read the decision note on the rejected chip first — it tells you what was missing.
