Use quiz.skollar.club/my-data for a bounded copy of your own Quiz records and your default KashFlow records. Full access, corrections and guardian requests go through verified Skollar Support.
The consent notice and your choiceslink
When you sign in on quiz.skollar.club you are shown a consent notice that explains, in plain words, what data the quiz collects and why. You can put it off with "Later", but it comes back — and it always appears before a payment: nothing is ever charged until you have accepted it.
Accepting covers running the competition itself. Alongside it are separate, optional choices that are off unless you tick them: whether your name can appear in winner announcements if you win (leave it unticked and any announcement uses your masked display name only), and whether we may send you marketing emails (exam-critical emails — confirmations, reminders, results — always arrive regardless).
Every choice lives at quiz.skollar.club/consent — the "My Consent" page, linked from your account menu and the footer. Switching a choice off is as easy as switching it on, takes effect from that moment, and never affects your entry or a prize. For a participant under 18, the guardian consent recorded at registration is part of the record, and the marketing choice does not exist at all — under-18 accounts are never sent marketing.
The page saves the exact notice and choices you reviewed. If another tab changed your record, or a save could not be confirmed, reload your consent record and review the current switches before saving again. An unavailable record is not an unsigned record, and an error is not confirmation that a choice was saved. Changing sign-in discards the previous account’s choices; no consent change is automatically repeated.
Optional Quiz updates require current consent and are checked again before queued mail is sent, including a provider retry. Turning marketing off or unsubscribing stops mail that has not yet started sending; it cannot recall a message already handed to the mail provider. Exam-critical notices stay separate. A referral invitation or an update you explicitly requested on the homepage uses its own request purpose, not another account’s marketing consent.
Do it yourself: the "Your data" pagelink
Sign in and go to quiz.skollar.club/my-data. The PDF summarizes your participant-facing records; JSON provides the matching bounded machine-readable copy. Each download lists coverage and flags partial history. Internal staff notes, financial-proof metadata, answer keys and raw bank credentials are not included.
The page is tied to your current sign-in, not an organization selector. It reads only your UID-default universal KashFlow account and does not create a new account or credit Koins during a download. A sign-in change stops the old request; reload before continuing.
Everything below still works if you would rather write to us, and a parent or guardian can always make the request for a participant under 18.
Download your records or request full accesslink
The self-service copy includes account details, registrations and their displayed final terms, your own submissions, results, certificates, consent, practice history, payments and stored wallet aggregates when available. It is not a bank-eligibility calculation. Missing records are shown as missing, not invented zero balances.
There is a one-minute export interval per account, shared with an Admin answering the same access request. A large history may be partial. For a full access request, any omitted record or a correction, use the verified Support route below. A failed or unavailable read is not permission to disclose unverified data.
You can also ask us: send the request from quiz.skollar.club/contact with the topic "Privacy or my personal data", or use the signed-in support.skollar.club contact desk with "Privacy and data rights". Email requests can start at quiz@skollar.club; the Admin verifies the requester and records the request in a participant-owned privacy ticket before accessing the bounded summary. A reference or checkbox alone is not automated identity proof.
Admin data access needs recent multi-factor sign-in and an open privacy ticket owned by the participant. Support cannot change destinations, bank eligibility, credits or balances. A global account deletion request keeps the same seven-day cancellation window and financial holds; the Admin desk does not immediately erase an account or promise completion on a fixed day.
If the participant is under 18, their parent or guardian can make the request on their behalf.
Ask us to delete your datalink
The self-service deletion command requests deletion of your Kariant account, not cancellation of a Quiz entry alone. The UID-default KashFlow account is universal across Kariant apps. If you only want a registration cancellation or Quiz-only privacy help, contact Skollar Support and explain that scope instead.
Type ERASE MY DATA exactly to request deletion. The page reports the recorded request and scheduled processing time, with a 7-day change-of-mind window while cancellation remains available. Processing may take longer if obligations remain. If a command fails, check its current status before submitting it again.
A few records survive in a reduced form, and the privacy policy says exactly which: payment records the law makes us keep (with your name and contact details removed), the guardian-consent record for an under-18 participant (with the child's details removed), your score kept without your name so other participants' ranks do not shift, and your certificate record with your name and score removed so a link you already shared shows the certificate was genuine rather than looking faked. If you had uploaded a winner photo ID, it is deleted — no copy of it survives an erasure.
The page explains blockers such as an active Quiz session, unsettled prize, registration refund, payment reconciliation, pending Quiz Koin credit or correction, or an unsettled withdrawal. Unreadable checks also stop deletion. These checks protect your entry and financial obligations; Support cannot bypass them or alter a balance.
How winners are named — your name is opt-inlink
Ranks are private: your rank appears on your own result page and nowhere public. The one exception is prize winners — announcing results can include a winner's name, format, rank and prize, and nothing more.
Publishing your name is opt-in, not automatic. It happens only if you ticked the publicity choice in the consent notice — and you can give or withdraw that choice any time at quiz.skollar.club/consent. If it is off, any winner announcement uses your masked display name only, and your prize is paid exactly the same either way.
A parent or guardian can additionally opt a participant under 18 out of being named, unconditionally, at any point — including after something was published, in which case it is taken down. Send that request from quiz.skollar.club/contact or email quiz@skollar.club.

My consent choice could not be confirmed. Should I keep clicking?expand_more
No. Reload your consent record, check the current switches, and make a new choice only after reviewing them. The failed response does not prove whether the earlier save reached the server. No payment, account credit or new consent is created by a reload. Contact quiz@skollar.club if the record still cannot be loaded.
How long does a deletion take?expand_more
The recorded request has a 7-day change-of-mind window, but unsettled obligations or unavailable checks can delay processing. Cancel from quiz.skollar.club/my-data while the page says cancellation is available. Self-service deletion affects the Kariant account, not only a Quiz registration.
Why does a data download ask me to wait?expand_more
One export per minute is allowed for your account, including an Admin export answering your access request. Wait one minute, or contact Skollar Support. We do not automatically repeat a deletion command after an error.
Are bank details and internal Admin edits included?expand_more
No. Payout numbers and handles are masked. Internal staff notes, security and financial proofs, private overrides and exam answer keys are excluded. Your final displayed registration and reward terms remain visible without exposing internal review history.
Will deleting my data remove my payment history everywhere?expand_more
The law requires us to keep the record that a fee was paid — the amount, currency and payment reference — for tax and accounting. Your name, email and phone number are removed from it.
Can a parent ask on behalf of a child?expand_more
Yes. For a participant under 18, a parent or guardian can request a copy of the data, corrections, or deletion. Say so in the request and we will verify and proceed.
Is my exam watched through my camera?expand_more
No. The quiz never uses your camera or microphone and never records your screen. Fair-play monitoring is limited to activity inside the quiz page itself, like leaving the exam tab.
Do I have to accept the consent notice?expand_more
To pay for a registration, yes — the notice explains what data running the competition needs, and nothing is charged until you have accepted it. The two tick-box choices inside it (winner publicity, marketing emails) are genuinely optional: you can leave them both unticked and take part exactly the same.
I ticked the publicity box but changed my mind — what happens?expand_more
Switch it off at quiz.skollar.club/consent. From that moment any new winner announcement uses your masked display name instead of your real name. It does not unwind something already published — for that, or for an under-18 participant, write to us and we will take it down.
