Register, pay & get your fee back
Register at quiz.skollar.club/register for one format or several. Review the current fee, eligibility and any refund offer before payment. Earlier Early Bird offers retain their original terms; Standard registration has no refund by default, except when a separate offer is confirmed for your payment.
Checking the current registration feelink
Each format page checks the current fee before showing a price. Global formats show separate quotes for India-based participants and participants outside India. The final checkout checks your saved eligibility and the current fee again; a public quote does not reserve a seat or prove a refund credit.
“Current fee unavailable” means the page could not confirm a fresh price. It does not mean you have lost an existing registration, and it is not the same as “Registration closed”. Use Retry current fees. If the message continues, contact support with the format, participant country and the time you checked — never send payment credentials or full card details.
Exam dates appear in IST for each format. If you see “Exam dates are temporarily unavailable”, select Try again. If dates still do not load, contact support with the page link, your format and the time you checked; do not send passwords or payment credentials. You can still use study and practice pages, and confirmed registrations retain their dashboard links. Use the displayed start time for your format rather than an old screenshot or a fixed noon assumption. Support can investigate but cannot change dates, scores or balances; technical diagnostics are available to Kariant Admin.
The Eligibility page offers format suggestions, not approval. The payment server checks saved date of birth, education and country before payment; Senior age is calculated using the current UTC date, not a future exam date. Guardian consent is required for every Junior registration and for Senior participants under 18. Consent is recorded, not independently verified with the guardian. If your saved facts are wrong, use Request a change rather than repeatedly paying or cancelling to try to bypass an eligibility check.
Registerlink
The interactive guide on quiz.skollar.club explains the pre-quiz journey. Guests see formats, sign-in, registration and preparation; signed-in readers see registration status, participant details, practice and current information. Select a step or use Previous and Next; step tabs also support keyboard navigation. The illustration never confirms a payment, seat, score or reward.
Open How this works on Quiz Dashboard or the How to register page for the guide. Quiz is a participant–Kariant Admin product, not a partner portal. For help, share the page, approximate time and displayed reference with Quiz Support. Never send passwords, OTPs, sign-in tokens or full payment details.
Use your selected format and confirmed registration to check the current exam date. Refresh or contact Quiz Support if the page cannot complete a request; this does not cancel an existing registration. Keep technical investigation and internal configuration details with Kariant Admin.
- 1Go to quiz.skollar.club/register and sign in with your Kariant account (the form walks you through it if you are new).
- 2If you forgot your password, request a recovery email from sign-in. After setting the new password, sign in again to return to Quiz; a password reset does not create a signed-in session. Keep the original product destination in the link, and request a fresh link if it expired or was already used.
- 3Pick your format or formats — you can register for more than one at the same time.
- 4Fill in your details. Your country comes from a searchable list of every country, and your state, city, phone number and your school, college or employer are all required — they are part of your registration record.
- 5Check your details — anything already in your quiz profile is carried over — then pay: Razorpay for rupees (₹), PayPal for US dollars ($). The fee you see is the fee you pay; we check it again before charging you.
- 6Once your payment is confirmed you get an email and an in-app notification, and your dashboard shows the registration with your exam date.
Your consent comes before your paymentlink
Before your first payment you accept the consent notice — a plain-words summary of what data the quiz collects and why, shown when you sign in and always before checkout. Nothing is charged until you have accepted it. The optional choices inside it (winner publicity, marketing emails) are yours to tick or leave, and you can change them any time at quiz.skollar.club/consent.
Your identity details: confirmed once, then lockedlink
Three details decide which contests you can enter and the fee you pay: what you do (school student, college or university student, working professional, or other), your date of birth, and your country. When you set up your quiz profile we show them back to you and ask you to confirm — after you confirm, they are locked, and the forms show them as read-only from then on. That is deliberate: the same details set your eligibility and your formats’ pricing, so they should not quietly change between registering and exam day.
Made a mistake? Use Request a change (Contact Team Skollar). It opens from your account page, and from the registration page whenever your details show as locked there. Your current details are already filled in — edit what needs to change, tell us briefly why, and send it.
If you have not yet paid for a registration, straightforward corrections are applied immediately and you will see the update right away. Once you have a paid registration, the team reviews the request first and applies it for you — you get an email when it is done, and you can only have one request in review at a time.
A simple profile edit cannot move a paid registration into a different contest or fee. If a correction would do that, contact the team to review the appropriate correction or remedy. Where cancellation is available under your recorded terms, you may cancel and register again with the corrected details; check the cancellation and credit outcome before making another payment. Cancellation deadlines and the already-opened-paper restriction still apply.
Registering someone under 18link
If the participant is under 18, the parent or guardian is the one entering into the agreement with us. That covers every Junior format, and it also covers a Senior entry where the date of birth given shows the participant is under 18.
The registration form asks for this on the details step: the parent or guardian's full name and email address — it has to be a different address from the participant's own — and a tick-box confirming they have read and accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy on the participant's behalf, and agree to the registration, the fee and the use of the participant's information to run the competition.
The payment cannot go ahead until that is filled in, and we keep a record of it with the date and time. We do not send anything to the parent or guardian's address to check it. If a registration was made for someone under 18 without their parent or guardian knowing, send us a request from quiz.skollar.club/contact and we will cancel it.
Separate launch celebration: 26 September–5 October 2026link
Celebrate the launch of Skollar Setu, Skollar Junior, Skollar Senior and Skollar International with a special 100% registration refund offer from 26 September 2026, 00:00 IST through 5 October 2026, 23:59 IST. The deadline has been extended from 4 October to 5 October. All four Quiz formats are included. Check your fee and refund offer before paying. Earlier registrations keep their original benefits.
When this offer is confirmed for your verified successful payment, its refund is 100% of the paid registration fee in Koins to your universal default Kashflow account, with no Quiz participation condition. The account works across Kariant products regardless of profile or organization context. Your payment and credit receipts, not this article or a displayed balance alone, confirm completion. Earlier offer eligibility and existing credit terms stay unchanged; no second refund is owed for the same fee.
This promotion describes Koins credit, not a card refund or an immediate bank payout. Do not assume an older offer’s bank-withdrawal date applies to a new credit: review the terms shown with that credit. If a verified payment has no corresponding credit or default-account link, contact Quiz Support with the registration and payment references. Do not pay again. Support can inspect the case and request remediation; only authorized Kariant Admin actions may resolve financial records.
Other scheduled 100% registration refund planslink
Separate 100% refund registration plans can apply during their published registration windows and only to their listed formats. Check the current offer at checkout and the terms recorded with your payment. An eligible verified successful payment receives the full refund in Koins to your universal default KashFlow account without a Quiz-participation condition. Pausing new registrations or publishing a later plan does not rewrite an earlier accepted payment’s benefits. A pending payment or a plan announcement is not a completed credit; do not pay again to resolve a processing delay.
Only the portion of a refund explicitly approved for cash conversion is Money Back Koins; the full credit and its cash-eligible portion can differ. Credited spendable Koins remain usable across Kariant. The September launch-celebration default bank-eligibility date is 16 November 2026, 12:00 AM IST. Other refund plans and previously issued credits use their own original recorded release dates; this article does not change them. Actual Quiz results publication and the applicable payout checks are also required. Purchased and Promotional Koins cannot be converted to Kash or withdrawn to a bank. Other Kashable Koins qualify only as explicitly approved in their applicable terms.
Before requesting a bank payout, choose how many eligible Koins to convert on KashFlow, review the current preview and confirm. Only that amount moves from Koins to Kash, once; conversion does not send a bank request. Then request a withdrawal from your recorded available Kash. An accepted request reserves Kash, not the same Koins again, and payment still requires the applicable gates and Kariant Admin review. Existing Kash does not require another conversion.
Historical Early Bird: 100% refundlink
Historical Early Bird eligibility required successful registration by 2 September 2026, 11:59 PM IST within the first 1,000 successful places in that format. The benefit is full-fee Koins credit at the value paid to your universal default KashFlow account, not a fee waiver or refund to your card. Check the recorded payment and credit separately at quiz.skollar.club/koins/kashflow; payment confirmation alone does not prove the credit has finished processing. Each format has its own 1,000 places. Existing credits keep their original release and cash-conversion terms; the available remainder after spending and holds determines what can later be converted.
Early Bird had two phases: the original discounted phase, which closed 15 August 2026, and the extended phase from 16 August to 2 September 2026 at the then-standard fee. The extended phase included the full 100% refund under its original terms; it was not a fee waiver at checkout. Both phases drew from the same first-1,000 count in each format.
After the credit is recorded, you can spend its available balance across eligible Skollar and Kariant products under the original terms.
The refund does not depend on anything else. You get it whether or not you go on to compete, and whether or not you win a prize. If you cancel your registration, you keep it.
After Early Bird closes, Standard registration does not include refund by default. The separately announced 26 September–5 October 2026 launch celebration is an exception only when confirmed for the payment at checkout. Historical Early Bird eligibility and credited terms are not changed by this campaign extension. Cancellation terms remain those accepted for the registration; a new campaign does not create a duplicate refund.
Your Kashflow account: Koins, Sikka and Kashlink
Signup creates or reuses your universal default KashFlow account without granting money. Quiz uses that default account, which also works across eligible Skollar and Kariant services. If account setup or a fee credit is pending, contact support with the registration reference rather than creating another account or paying again.
For any special refund registration plan, check the current offer for your format and the terms recorded with your payment. Its registration window determines whether it applies; a later offer or a pause in new registrations does not change an earlier payment’s recorded benefits. Only a verified successful payment and a confirmed credit receipt establish a refund credit. Spending is allowed after credit; bank withdrawal still requires the original eligibility date, actual results publication and the applicable payout checks. Do not pay again if a credit is still processing.
Published amounts in ₹ or $ describe the fee, reward or prize value, not an already credited or bank-withdrawable balance. Koins are accounted for in USD. In India, 1 Sikka represents ₹1 in the INR display; converting the underlying Koins for that display uses the applicable exchange rate. The display unit does not guarantee a fixed future cash return. Check the recorded credit amount, its cash-eligible portion, original FX and release terms, and the current conversion preview. Earlier frozen terms remain applicable and are not recalculated by this explanation.
Your recorded Koins and converted Kash are separate balances in the same account. Check their activity and current status at quiz.skollar.club/koins/kashflow.
- check_circleIn India, Sikka is the INR display unit: 1 Sikka represents ₹1 of displayed value. It is not an additional balance or a guaranteed bank-redemption amount.
- check_circleKoins accounting is denominated in USD. A displayed dollar value is not evidence that the balance is cash-eligible or already converted to Kash.
- check_circleKoins and Sikka are Kariant’s unified currency and loyalty system: you can buy them, spend them on products and services across Skollar and Kariant, and receive them as rewards — like the Early Bird refund and quiz prize money.
- check_circleKash is the separately recorded redemption balance created by an eligible, confirmed Koins conversion. A cashability label or original credit record is not extra money or an available withdrawal quote.
Taking your balance to your banklink
Only the remaining eligible portion can be converted, subject to its original terms and the current preview. Spending reduces what remains. An original credit amount is not a promise that your entire present balance can be withdrawn.
Withdrawal also depends on bank withdrawals being open on Kariant, and your Kashflow account page shows clearly whether they are. Requests are reviewed and approved by our team before payment is sent, and how long it then takes to reach you depends on your bank and the payment route.
Before your first withdrawal you save your payout details on the Kashflow page — where the money should be sent. In India that is a UPI ID or a bank account with its IFSC code; everywhere else it is a PayPal email. They are saved once and every payout goes to what is saved, and for your safety the full account number is never shown back on the page — only its last digits.
When your saved payout details are set up or changed, we email you. If they are changed many times in a short period we send one clear security warning and then fewer follow-up emails, so do not read silence as safety — open your payout details and check what is on file. Every change is recorded either way. If you get any of those emails and it was not you, change your password immediately and contact us: nothing is paid out without a person reviewing it first.
If a withdrawal request is turned down, the request shows a short note telling you exactly what to fix — for example incomplete bank details, or payout details saved for the wrong region. Money set aside for a request that is turned down returns to your balance automatically.
One special case: if a payment on your account is under review with the payment provider — for example your bank has queried a card charge — withdrawals and Kash conversion are paused until that review is resolved. Your balance is safe and stays spendable across Skollar and Kariant the whole time. If you believe the review is a mistake, email quiz@skollar.club and we will look at it with you.
Cancelling your registrationlink
Voluntary cancellation releases the seat and does not return money to your card. An existing refund remains under its original terms and is not credited twice. If no fee credit was issued, the cancellation process credits the verified paid fee as Koins to your default KashFlow account. If the required credit cannot complete, your registration stays active while it is resolved. Check the final credit and cancellation status. Cancelling can end the Quiz-funded lifetime Premium membership unless another confirmed paid registration still carries it.
Cancel before the applicable registration deadline and before opening your question paper, even if you do not finish it. The scheduled registration close is 10 November 2026, 11:59 PM IST; a later current registration close or later cancellation deadline already recorded for your registration remains applicable. A pending refund, disputed payment or unresolved payment evidence may need review before cancellation completes. Check the recorded cancellation and credit status. Not attending is not a cancellation or a new automatic fee-return entitlement, but it does not remove an unconditional refund already included in your registration.
If you change your mind again, you can register for that format once more while seats are still open, at whatever fee applies at that time. If a payment was interrupted part-way, pick it up again from the "Complete payment" link on your dashboard.
If we cancel the competition or your format, you retain the full recorded registration-fee return regardless of pricing window. If we reschedule, you may keep your seat for the new date at no extra cost or ask for your full registration fee back. Contact the team to review the applicable return route, including any fee credit already issued and any original-payment refund entitlement. The same fee is not returned twice. An announcement or refund request is not proof that a credit or provider refund completed. Earlier applicable rights, recorded benefits and mandatory legal rights remain protected.
If a paid registration is declined for an eligibility mistake made in good faith, you retain the fee-return entitlement regardless of pricing window and are not left out of pocket for a seat you could not use. The team checks the recorded payment and existing fee credit, completes the applicable Koins return and preserves any original-payment refund or stronger remedy owed to you. No fee is returned twice. Knowingly misstating eligibility is handled under quiz.skollar.club/fair-play, with the appeal rights described there.
A duplicate or erroneous charge is returned in full through the original payment method; these are not the only cases in which an original-payment refund may be due. If you were charged without a confirmed registration, the team checks the payment and either completes registration or returns the charge. Provider refunds are handled by the team and their outcomes recorded separately from Koins credits. Contact quiz.skollar.club/contact with the topic "Payment, refund or prize" and your payment reference. The full policy is at quiz.skollar.club/refund-policy; this explanation does not replace earlier applicable rights.
Frequently asked questions
I am under 18 — can I register on my own?expand_more
No. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian has to agree to the entry, so the registration form asks for their full name and email address and for them to tick the consent box. Their email has to be different from yours. The payment will not go through without it. This applies to every Junior format, and to a Senior entry if your date of birth shows you are under 18.
Which payment methods work?expand_more
For payments in rupees (₹) — the India formats, and the global formats if you are based in India — you can use Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Payments in US dollars ($) go through PayPal. You are only shown the options that work for your currency.
I paid but the page closed — am I registered?expand_more
Check your Dashboard or sign in on the original payment return page. Only the verified payment record and confirmed registration establish the outcome; a success or cancellation URL does not. Pending does not prove a charge or invite a second payment. An approved PayPal checkout may show an explicit Complete approved PayPal payment action. Simply opening a return page does not capture or cancel a payment. If your bank shows a charge but registration is not confirmed, contact Quiz Support before paying again. Registration confirmation and any Money Back Koins credit are separate receipts.
Do I get the fee back if I register after 2 September?expand_more
Standard registration has no refund by default. The separate 26 September–5 October 2026 launch celebration applies only when checkout confirms it for your payment. It does not replace historical Early Bird offers or change existing credits. Check your payment and credit receipts; this article does not establish eligibility or show a completed credit.
What happens if a format fills its 1,000 Early Bird places early?expand_more
Early Bird closes for that format and the standard fee applies, even before its historical deadline. The successful-payment limit is counted separately per format. Review the current fee and any separately applicable offer for your chosen format before confirming payment. If the fee cannot be checked, return to the format page or contact support before paying.
If I cancel, do I lose the Koins I got back?expand_more
Voluntary cancellation does not remove an existing refund under its original terms, and the same fee is not credited twice. If no fee credit was issued, the cancellation process credits the verified paid fee to your default KashFlow account; the registration stays active if that required credit cannot complete. The Quiz-funded Premium grant can end unless another confirmed paid registration still carries it.
When can I move the money to my bank?expand_more
Only the portion of a refund explicitly approved for cash conversion is Money Back Koins; the full credit and its cash-eligible portion can differ.
What is the lifetime Skollar Premium included with my registration?expand_more
Lifetime Skollar Premium is included with confirmed paid registration, across Skollar platforms as their Premium features roll out. Check the recorded membership on your account; contact support with your registration reference if it is missing after payment confirmation. Cancellation or payment reversal can affect the Quiz-funded grant under the applicable terms. Cancelling the registration it came with ends it unless another confirmed paid registration of yours still stands.
What is a Kashflow account?expand_more
It is a universal account used across Kariant, not a personal or organizational account type. Signing up creates or reuses your default account without granting money. Quiz always uses that default account and does not offer account switching. Koins and any converted Kash are recorded separately; labels and original credits are not additional balances.
What if Skollar cancels the competition?expand_more
If we cancel the competition or your format, you retain the full recorded registration-fee return regardless of pricing window.
What if Create Account times out?expand_more
Return to the same site and sign-in and use Check request status to read the original server receipt without creating an account. No receipt observed does not cancel work that may still complete. Retry saved request resends the same original request; reloading does not submit again. To stop an uncompleted request, choose Cancel saved request and confirm. Only a confirmed server cancellation stops that original request; an already completed account is kept. If the cancellation response is lost, check the same saved request again. Keep the reference and contact Support if an older receipt, conflicting evidence or unreadable recovery needs review. Do not clear browser data, pay again or create a replacement while the outcome is unknown. Neither cancellation nor historical completion proves funds are linked or changes a Quiz registration or refund. Support can request an authorized Admin inspection but cannot discard the request, modify funds or issue another refund.
My old refund is recorded but my account is not showing — should I pay again?expand_more
No. A displayed Koins balance and a linked default KashFlow account are different records. Keep your original registration and payment references and contact Quiz support; include a support correlation reference if one was provided. Support can investigate and request an authorized account-linkage review, but cannot change balances or approve a repair. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or tokens. A review or approval is not confirmation that the account has been repaired. Any completed linkage repair must preserve the original credit, remaining balance and withdrawal terms, without issuing the refund a second time.
Why does Create Account ask for a Support review?expand_more
Earlier wallet or account activity can require a controlled account-linking review, even if the current balance is zero. Creating another KashFlow account is not a repair. Keep the original payment and registration references and contact Quiz support. Support can request an authorized review, but cannot approve the repair or issue another refund. New account creation is also unavailable while an account is closed or being deleted.
What if my KashFlow account records need a review?expand_more
Keep your existing account selected and contact Quiz support with the registration reference. Do not pay again or use a different account as a workaround. Support can request an authorized ownership review, but cannot change account ownership, original payment evidence or refund credits.
Does a completed record check mean my account has been repaired?expand_more
No. A completed record check is not a completed account repair. An authorized Admin may still need to be assigned and the repair approved. Wait for the confirmed account-linkage result. Keep the original payment reference; the original refund, remaining balance and withdrawal terms must stay unchanged. Support cannot assign Admin permissions, approve repairs, rewrite receipts or issue a second reward.
Is anything added to the registration fee at checkout?expand_more
No. The fee you see at checkout is the total you pay — nothing is added on top of it.
I entered the wrong date of birth (or country, or what I do) — how do I fix it?expand_more
Use Request a change (Contact Team Skollar) from your account or locked registration details. Review the filled-in information, correct it and explain why. Before payment, straightforward corrections can be applied immediately; after payment, the team reviews them. If a correction would change a paid format or fee, ask the team about the appropriate remedy. Cancellation and re-registration are available only under the applicable deadline and before opening the paper; check the recorded outcome before paying again.
