Get help with Skollar
For anything to do with the Skollar Quiz 2026 — a payment, your eligibility, a problem on exam day, an appeal, a certificate or a result — send it from quiz.skollar.club/contact. It reaches the same team as email, and it gives you a reference you can quote.
Send a request about the quizlink
- 1Sign in first if you can. Signing in is what gives you a reference and a place to read our replies.
- 2Go to quiz.skollar.club/contact and fill in the form.
- 3Choose the topic that fits: a payment, fee-back or prize; eligibility for a format; a problem during the quiz; appealing a disqualification; a correction to a certificate; a question about a result; privacy and your personal data; or something else.
- 4If you are signed in and already registered, pick which registration it is about — it saves us asking.
- 5Say what happened and what you would like us to do, then send.
What happens nextlink
If you were signed in, your request gets a reference straight away and a confirmation email goes to the address on your account. That confirmation is your proof we received it.
A person then reads it and replies. You can read replies, add more detail and see where your request has got to at support.kariant.app/tickets. Quoting your reference in any follow-up saves you explaining everything twice.
If you were not signed in we still get your message, but there is no reference to track and we can only reply by email. Signing in first is worth the extra minute.
We aim to reply within a couple of working days, and sooner for anything time-critical — a problem while your question paper is open, or an appeal. That is an aim, not a guarantee. Around the exam days in October 2026 we watch the queue much more closely.
Prefer email?link
Email quiz@skollar.club instead. It is the same team and the same queue. Use email if you need to attach screenshots or documents, or if the form will not work for you.
Whichever route you use, never send a password, a one-time code or a full card number. We will never ask you for them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian can write on your behalf — just say so in the message.
Formal complaintslink
A complaint about content, conduct, data handling, payments, or any part of the competition you believe was handled unfairly is treated as a grievance. Raise it the same way — through the contact form, or by email marked "Grievance". You do not need a lawyer or any special wording.
It is logged with a reference like any other request, and we aim to acknowledge and resolve it within 24 hours on working days. Where something depends on a bank or a payment provider and will take longer, we tell you rather than let it go quiet. The full escalation path is set out at quiz.skollar.club/contact.
Account and sign-inlink
One account signs you in everywhere, and you manage it — your password, your sign-in methods, your security settings — at hq.kariant.app.
Sign-in emails for the quiz arrive branded Skollar Quiz 2026: a code email reads "123456 is your Skollar Quiz 2026 sign-in code", and a sign-in link email reads "Your Skollar Quiz 2026 sign-in link". Nobody from Skollar will ever ask you for that code — not by email, not on the phone, not in a message.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I raise a refund or payment dispute?expand_more
At quiz.skollar.club/contact, choosing "Payment, fee-back or prize". Include your registration and payment reference. Sign in first so the request carries a reference you can quote later.
How do I appeal a disqualification?expand_more
Use the contact form at quiz.skollar.club/contact and choose "Appeal a disqualification". Tell us your format, the day it happened and what you believe went wrong. Appeals are treated as time-critical.
What happens if my appeal is upheld?expand_more
We clear the marks from your entry and email you the outcome (you also get an in-app notification). If your own two-hour exam clock is still running, your paper reopens with your saved answers exactly where you left them — sign back in straight away. If your exam time had already ended or your paper was already submitted and graded, the record is cleared but the sitting itself is not reopened.
How do I dispute a result?expand_more
Send a request from quiz.skollar.club/contact with the topic "A question about a result", within 48 hours of results day (15 October 2026). We acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to decide them within 7 business days — if a case will take longer, we tell you. The full disputes and appeals process — eligibility, results and disqualifications — is published at quiz.skollar.club/fair-play.
My certificate has my name spelled wrong. What do I do?expand_more
Send a request from quiz.skollar.club/contact with the topic "Correction to a certificate", and include the certificate ID. A corrected certificate is issued with a new ID, and the old ID stops verifying.
Can I track my request?expand_more
Yes, if you were signed in when you sent it. Your reference arrives by email and you can follow the request at support.kariant.app/tickets. Requests sent without signing in are answered by email only.
Where are results and announcements posted?expand_more
Everything to do with your own entry comes to you directly — your confirmation, your reminders, your score and certificate, your final rank and any prize all arrive by email and show on your dashboard. Alongside that, results-day announcements, schedule updates and prep tips go up on the quiz's own channels as they happen: Instagram at instagram.com/quiz.skollar.club and LinkedIn at linkedin.com/company/skollar-quiz-2026, both linked in the footer of every page on quiz.skollar.club. Following is optional — it changes nothing about your entry.
Is quiz@skollar.club a real address?expand_more
Yes — it is the quiz support inbox, and the address our replies come back to. Do not write to the hq.kariant.app addresses our emails are sent from; mail to those does not reach a person.
My sign-in code email came from an hq.kariant.app address — is it genuine?expand_more
Yes. Quiz emails are sent from the Skollar Quiz 2026 sender name on an hq.kariant.app sending address, and replies come back to quiz@skollar.club. A genuine code email is titled "… is your Skollar Quiz 2026 sign-in code" and asks you to type the code into the sign-in page yourself. We never ask you to send a code back to us, so if anything asks you to reply with one, do not — forward it to quiz@skollar.club instead.
