One Kashflow account, different credit types
Your universal default Kashflow account works across Kariant. Switching between a personal profile and an organization does not change the nature of its credits. Sikka is the India display of the same Koins balance, not another wallet.
Signing up gives you a default Kashflow account with zero Koins. Creating the account does not grant a reward, registration fee-back or withdrawal eligibility. An existing default account and its history are reused, not reset.
Quiz uses your default account. There is no account switcher in Quiz, even if you use another account elsewhere in Kariant.
Earned
Rewards from eligible activities keep the terms recorded when credited. Being earned does not by itself establish cash-conversion eligibility or mean the credit can be withdrawn today.
Money Back Koins
An eligible registration fee-back is credited after verified payment, under the offer attached to that payment. Only its cash-eligible portion is Money Back Koins; any spend-only portion stays separate. It is not a refund to the original payment method.
Purchased
Koins bought through a top-up are spend-only platform credit. A balance that cannot be withdrawn is not automatically a purchased balance.
Promotional
Promotional bonuses are spend-only. Any offer-specific expiry or usage conditions still apply.
Credit source and withdrawal availability are separate
Kashable Koins is an eligibility label for credits whose terms permit cash conversion, not an extra balance to add to earned or Money Back Koins. Not all earned credits are Kashable. Purchased and promotional Koins remain spend-only.
Kashable Koins may still have a release date or hold. Locked earned Koins are not purchased Koins. Available to withdraw means the currently validated, released amount after applicable holds, account checks and limits. Historical terms or a past release date alone do not prove that amount.
Eligibility is not a payout promise: withdrawals must be open, and account checks, limits and the credit's terms still apply.
The 26 September–2 October 2026 launch celebration is separate from earlier fee-back offers. Its original 30 September deadline is extended; previously recorded payment and credit terms stay unchanged. Your payment's confirmed terms determine its eligibility and withdrawal conditions; an older offer's unlock date does not automatically apply.
When an earlier deduction is restored
Restored Koins keep the original credit mix and applicable withdrawal restrictions. A restoration does not turn purchased, promotional or restricted earned credit into withdrawable cash, and is not automatically a Money Back Koins benefit.
This guide explains credit types; it is not a breakdown of your balance. Source totals need recorded credit details and cannot be worked out from the total balance or withdrawal limit alone.
A genuine Kariant signup receives a default universal KashFlow account with zero Koins. Signing up does not qualify you for a payment benefit or reward. Existing accounts and credit history are reused; older records that need review are not reset or automatically credited.
On your signed-in Koins page, Recorded credits shows credits in your universal default account, across Kariant. Page totals are not the remaining balance or a withdrawal quote. Unclassified entries are not assumed to be purchased. Support can help trace a payment or credit; this guide does not access your account or change credits.
Money Back Koins identify the cash-eligible portion of a verified fee-back benefit, such as an eligible Quiz registration fee-back. Any spend-only portion remains separate. Kashable Koins describe cash-conversion eligibility, not an additional wallet balance. Available to withdraw requires the current released amount and account checks; a historical credit or release date is not enough.
Purchased and promotional Koins are spend-only. A restored deduction keeps its original mix and restrictions; it is not automatically a new Money Back benefit. Support cannot change these credit types or release funds.
If a conversion or withdrawal confirmation is interrupted, check the original request or receipt before starting another request. A preview does not credit Kash, and a recorded conversion does not prove a bank payment. Share the request reference with Support when asking for help; never send your password, OTP or full bank details.
