Koins balance questions
Your Koins live in one KashFlow wallet that follows you everywhere on Kariant. What changes between pages is the view — the domain, the role, and (for India) the display unit — not the balance itself.
Where your wallet liveslink
Open /koins on the Kariant domain you are using for the economy overview, and /koins/kashflow for your KashFlow account — the wallet plus its full transaction ledger. The same /koins suite is available on each Kariant focus domain (for example the franchise site), scoped to that domain’s activity.
For the whole picture, your Kashflow account at kariant.app/koins is the master wallet surface: it sums your balance and activity across every Kariant domain, with per-domain drill-down.
Billing lives inside Kashflowlink
Since July 2026, kariant.app no longer has a separate Billing section — everything the old /billing pages did now lives as tabs on the Kashflow console at /koins/kashflow. Billing Accounts is where you create, switch, edit, lock, disable, or delete billing accounts (including the guided setup wizard with country, currency, and payment-gateway selection and GDP-adjusted pricing). Buy Koins is the Koin store, with sachet packages, gateway selection, and auto-recharge settings. Architecture Pricing and Usage Pricing show the Koin price catalogs for organizational scaling and pay-as-you-go features, and Custom Volume is the request form for enterprise-size Koin packages.
The console keeps its existing tabs too: Overview (wallet, AI limits, and recent activity), Resources & Quotas, Advanced Analytics, Payment Overview, Transactions (with downloadable statements and invoice generation), Connected Organizations, and Account Management. Old /billing links redirect automatically, so bookmarks keep working.
One wallet, many viewslink
You have exactly one universal Koins wallet per account. If two pages seem to show different numbers, you are almost always looking at different views of the same wallet:
Each domain’s /koins pages show activity attributed to that domain. And if you are also a partner, the partner-context pages (for example /partner/koins) present the same shared balance but filter the ledger and attribute usage to your partner role. Role and domain scope the view and the attribution — never the balance.
Sikka display for Indialink
If your account or location is India, Kariant shows the economy in Sikka, the INR-pegged display unit (1 Sikka = ₹1). Balances appear in dual display — for example “9,700 Sikka (100 Koins)” — using Indian lakh/crore digit grouping, converted at the live exchange rate.
This is presentation only: the platform accounts for everything in Koins (1 Koin = $1) underneath. Amounts you type into Sikka fields are converted back to Koins automatically, so an Indian user and a US user with the same balance hold exactly the same value — the numbers just read differently.
Koins, Kash, and withdrawalslink
Koins are the closed-loop platform currency (1 Koin = $1) — earned and spent across Kariant products, including AI usage, Boost, and rewards. Kash is the withdrawable form of value.
Cash-out is LIVE (since 2026-07-20): convert your EARNED Koins to Kash on the Kash page, then request a withdrawal — payouts are reviewed and processed manually by the team. What converts: earn-engine rewards, referral bounties, and refund-class grants. What never converts: PURCHASED Koins (prepaid platform credit — full spend power, no cash exit), prizes, and P2P-transfer Koins. There are NO KYC forms — verification is based on your real payment track record, stamped onto each withdrawal request for the review team. The platform retains a master switch and can re-gate cash-out; the Kash page always shows the current state.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my balance number so much bigger in India?expand_more
India accounts see Sikka (1 Sikka = ₹1), converted from your Koin balance at the live rate and shown in dual display like “9,700 Sikka (100 Koins)”. The underlying value is identical — only the display unit changes.
Why do my user and partner Koins pages show different activity?expand_more
Both draw on the same single wallet. Role and domain scope which transactions each view lists and how usage is attributed — the balance itself is shared across all of them.
Can I withdraw my Koins to my bank account?expand_more
EARNED Koins (rewards, referrals, refund-class grants) convert to Kash on the Kash page, and Kash withdraws to your bank — cash-out is LIVE (since 2026-07-20), with every payout reviewed and processed manually, no KYC forms. PURCHASED Koins are prepaid platform credit: full spend power everywhere, but they never convert to cash. Prize and transfer Koins are also spend-only.
Where do I see everything across all Kariant products at once?expand_more
Your Kashflow account at kariant.app/koins is the master surface — it sums your wallet and activity across every domain, with per-domain and user-vs-partner breakdowns.
Where did the Billing page go?expand_more
Billing merged into Kashflow (July 2026). Open /koins/kashflow — billing accounts, the Buy Koins store, pricing catalogs, payment methods, transactions, and statements are all tabs there now. Old /billing links redirect automatically.
