My listing isn’t appearing

Listings appear to seekers only after review approval.

If a listing has been pending unusually long, contact support with the listing name.

check_circleStatus: a listing in draft or pending review isn’t public yet. Check /franchisor/listings for its current status.
check_circleEdits: editing a LIVE listing does not unpublish it — it stays visible and is flagged for Kariant re-review (you’re notified when the review clears). Only status changes (withdraw, rejection, suspension) remove it from discovery.
check_circleCompleteness: listings missing core fields (category, investment range, description) may be held in review.
