A lead shows a basic score instead of an AI summary
Scoring never fails silently — but the AI layer is skipped in a few honest cases.
Why a lead may show the basic score onlylink
Every lead that reaches your pipeline is scored. The baseline score is calculated from the details the seeker actually provided — budget, location, timing and fit against your listing — and it is always shown. On top of that, most leads also get an AI-written qualification summary, which is charged to your account in Koins.
The AI layer is skipped, at no charge, when we cannot confirm the lead genuinely belongs to one of your listings, or when your account has already reached its daily limit for AI-qualified leads. The lead is still delivered and still scored — you simply see the baseline result rather than the written summary.
- check_circleYou are never charged for a lead the AI layer skipped.
- check_circleThe daily limit is deliberately far above normal inbound volume; hitting it usually means an unusual traffic spike worth a look.
- check_circleIf a lead you recognise as genuine repeatedly shows only the baseline score, contact support with the lead name and we will investigate.
