My franchisor account is suspended

While an account is suspended the franchisor console is unavailable, and anything that would otherwise run automatically for you is paused as well — scheduled agents, automated lead qualification and disclosure-document sending all stop. This applies everywhere, not just in the browser, so nothing continues quietly in the background.

Your data is not deleted. Listings, pipeline, documents and operational records are all preserved exactly as they were, and scheduled work resumes on its normal cadence once the account is reinstated rather than firing a backlog all at once.
