Put an agent on a schedule
Custom agents from the builder don’t just run on demand: publish one with a schedule or the new-lead trigger and it runs itself, within hard limits stated up front.
Set up automationlink
The hard limits, stated plainly: at most 10 automated runs per day across all your agents, about 2 Koins per run charged only when the run succeeds, and no other triggers — no realtime execution. When a run is skipped, the history says why honestly: insufficient balance, or the daily cap already reached.
- 1Build and publish the agent in the agent builder (/franchisor/agent-builder).
- 2Choose the trigger: a repeating schedule at your chosen interval, or “when a new lead arrives”. Scheduled runs execute on a 15-minute server sweep — a schedule fires at the first sweep after it becomes due, so 15 minutes is the finest granularity.
- 3Runs execute server-side and land in the run history with their output, latency, and exact Koin cost.
