Item 19 / FPR builder
The Item 19 builder (under FDD Manager) assembles a draft financial performance representation from the unit economics records you have entered — medians, quartiles, outlier handling, and a complete exclusion log, packaged as a working paper for your counsel.
What it does and does not dolink
The builder computes low, quartile, median, and high figures for each metric from your own entered unit records, applies the outlier method you choose, and records every unit it excluded together with the stated reason — the audit trail your counsel will ask for.
If too few units qualify for a metric, the builder refuses to produce a figure for it and says why: a median from a handful of units printed with confidence is exactly the kind of number a regulator challenges.
This is a private working tool. Nothing it produces is shown to candidates or attached to your listing — a representation only becomes one when you place it in your own disclosure document, after legal review.
