The royalty dashboard (/franchisor/royalties) holds your structure and the payment ledger.
Set it uplink
- 1Configure your structure: royalty percentage, ad-fund percentage, technology and other fees. The structure is saved to your brand and drives calculations.
- 2Record payments per franchisee: period, reported revenue, and the computed royalty/ad-fund/fee amounts, with status (pending, paid, overdue, disputed, waived).
- 3Track overdue payments and per-period rollups from the same dashboard.
Statement upload & variance auditinglink
You can also upload a franchisee’s royalty statement against a period (files up to 10 MB). The dashboard reads the statement and audits variance — the reported figures against your configured structure and recorded payments — flagging discrepancies for follow-up.
This is statement-based auditing: it works from the documents you upload, not from a live point-of-sale feed. What it catches is exactly as good as the statements you put in.
