The seeker toolset is organized under two hubs — Discover and Finance — each with a left-rail console layout, alongside your personal surfaces: Dashboard, For You, and Kontinue.
Discoverlink
Browsing, AI matching, brand genome, and comparison. Segment and geography pages (categories, investment bands, countries → states → cities) are part of discovery and are fully public.
Financelink
Fund-your-purchase tools: the investment calculator (with simulation-backed break-even estimates), SBA loan readiness scoring, general loan readiness, affordability analysis, tax estimation by country, and lender-ready investment memos.
Franchise financing tools live here at /finance. Peer-to-peer Koin lending is a separate platform feature under /koins/kredit and is not real-world franchise financing.
Your personal surfaceslink
Dashboard (/dashboard) is your signed-in overview, For You (/for-you) is your personalized feed, and Kontinue (/kontinue) is your pipeline. They are not hubs — they are your own surfaces, and each is one tap from the header. Documents a franchisor sends you, and your receipt trail for them, live in the deal room inside Kontinue.
