Cashback did not appear
Most "missing" cashback is either still in flight or lost attribution at subscription time. Work through this checklist before raising a dispute — and raise the dispute if none of it explains the gap.
First: check the timinglink
- check_circleSubscriptions typically report within minutes to 72 hours. Before that, nothing will show at all.
- check_circleA reported subscription may sit as PENDING until it is confirmed — that is normal, not missing.
- check_circleConfirmed subscriptions on holdback listings show their Koins as held until the release date passes.
Then: check the attributionlink
- check_circleDid the subscription start from Visit, Subscribe & Earn or your copied KashBack Link? Direct visits to the vendor cannot attribute.
- check_circleWas the subscription completed inside the listing's attribution window after your click?
- check_circleDid an ad-blocker or strict tracking protection break the attribution at the vendor? Try relaxed settings for the vendor domain on future subscriptions.
- check_circleDid you click someone else's referral link afterwards? The last click wins.
Then: check the offer's conditionslink
- check_circleOnly the rule's qualifying activities earn — for example, a listing may pay on new subscriptions but not on a free-trial start.
- check_circleEarning windows: one-time rules pay only your first qualifying event; recurring rules stop after their window.
- check_circleCaps: a per-user lifetime cap you have reached, or an exhausted listing budget, stops further earning (the subscription records show the reason).
Raise a disputelink
If the subscription should have earned and still shows nothing (or was rejected incorrectly), raise a dispute — disputes are reviewed by the Kariant team against the verification records.
- 1Open History from your Kashback navigation.
- 2Find the subscription (or note its absence) and select Raise a dispute.
- 3Include the order details: vendor, subscription date and time, amount, and the plan subscribed to. An order confirmation reference helps enormously.
- 4Track the dispute on the same page: the disputed subscription row carries a status chip (open, investigating, resolved, or rejected), and the "My disputes" section lists all your disputes — click one to see the resolution note once the team has reviewed it.
- 5You are notified when it resolves — an in-app notification plus a KashBack-branded email land when the dispute is resolved or rejected.
Frequently asked questions
How long should I wait before disputing?expand_more
Give reporting 72 hours. If nothing has appeared by then and the attribution checklist holds up, raise the dispute — earlier disputes just wait on the same data.
My subscription shows as rejected — can that be reversed?expand_more
The rejection reason is shown on the subscription. If you believe it is wrong (for example, you did qualify), raise a dispute from the History page with your order details.
