Kashback shares Kariant's global organization model — your org, teams, and billing are the same across every Kariant product. Team invites let colleagues join your organization directly from Kashback.
Invite a teammatelink
- 1Open Organization from your Kashback navigation, then Team Invitations (the /organization/invites page).
- 2In the "Invite a teammate" card, pick your organization, enter the teammate's email address, and choose their role — Member or Admin. A Member joins with view-level access and appears as "Viewer" wherever organization team roles are listed; an Admin can manage the team.
- 3Send the invite. Your teammate receives an in-app notification and a branded email linking straight to the Team Invitations page.
Accept or decline an invitelink
Invitations are accepted — or declined — on the same Team Invitations page (/organization/invites). The link in the invite email or notification takes you straight there, with the relevant invite highlighted, and each pending invite carries Accept and Decline actions.
- check_circleEmail-targeted invites can only be accepted by an account whose verified email matches the invitation.
- check_circleDeclining an invite removes it from your pending list; the inviter can always send a new one.
- check_circleInvites expire; an expired invite simply needs to be re-sent.
- check_circleIf you do not have an account yet, sign up first with the invited email address, then open the invite link again.

Balances follow Kariant's account model — your personal earning credits your own wallet, and organization billing follows the org's billing account. Organization structure, teams, and membership are global across all Kariant products.
Why can't I accept an invite sent to a different email?expand_more
Email-targeted invites are locked to the invited address as a security measure. Ask the inviter to re-send the invite to the email on your Kariant account.
