Convert Koins to cash
Conversion happens on the KashFlow page at a fixed 1:1 rate, subject to the platform cash-out gate. Here is the walkthrough plus what the page shows if conversion is closed for your account.
Before you startlink
A quick checklist so the conversion goes through first try:
- check_circleYou need at least 100 released Koins — Koins still in holdback are not convertible yet.
- check_circleOnly cashback earned on qualifying subscriptions counts toward your convertible balance. Koins you purchased are spend-only, and so are bonus Koins from referrals and leaderboard awards — those are a Kariant reward, not cashback funded by a subscription, so they never convert to Kash. The KashFlow page shows your convertible (earned) figure separately.
- check_circleEach conversion is capped at 50,000 Koins; larger balances take multiple conversions.
- check_circleThe platform-wide cash-out gate must be open. While it is closed, the Convert button reads "Unlocking soon" and your Koins keep full spend power in the meantime.
- check_circleIndia accounts see and enter amounts in Sikka (1 Sikka = ₹1); the platform converts to Koins behind the scenes.
Convert on the KashFlow pagelink
The KashFlow page shows your earnings breakdown and balances up top, followed by the converter card.
- 1Sign in to your Kashback account and open the Koins page from the navigation.
- 2Select "Open KashFlow" on the Convert to Kash card (the /koins/kashflow page).
- 3In the "Convert Koins → Kash" card, enter the amount to convert — the caption below the field previews exactly how much Kash you will receive at 1:1, and the card shows your convertible (earned) balance.
- 4Select "Convert to Kash". Your Kash balance updates immediately and the Koins are deducted.
Request a payout of your Kashlink
Once you hold Kash, you can request a withdrawal. Payouts are manually reviewed — plan for review time, not an instant transfer. No identity verification is needed.
- 1On the same KashFlow page, scroll to "Available for Withdrawal" and use the "Request Withdrawal" form below it.
- 2No identity (KYC) verification is needed — the request automatically carries your Kariant payment track record, and every request is reviewed manually (brand-new accounts with no payment history receive extra scrutiny).
- 3Choose your payout method: bank transfer or UPI via our India payment partner, or PayPal globally.
- 4Submit the request — minimum 100 Kash. A smaller amount is rejected with a reason and nothing is deducted.
- 5Wait for review. Approved requests are processed manually by the Kariant team; funds typically arrive within 1–3 business days (India) or 1–5 business days (PayPal) after processing.
Frequently asked questions
How fast does conversion happen?expand_more
Instantly. Once you confirm, Koins are deducted and Kash is credited in the same atomic operation at exactly 1:1. The slower, reviewed part of the journey is the payout of Kash, not the conversion.
Why is the minimum 100 Koins?expand_more
100 Koins ($100 equivalent) is the platform conversion floor. Below that, keep earning or spend your Koins directly — they have full spend power at any amount.
Can I convert Kash back into Koins?expand_more
No. Conversion is one-way — Kash is earmarked for payout. Only convert what you intend to withdraw and keep the rest as Koins for platform spending.
Is a withdrawal guaranteed once I request it?expand_more
A request is validated (at least 100 Kash, a balance that covers it, and payout details the team can actually pay into) and then queued for manual review with your Kariant payment track record attached. Requests that fail validation are rejected with a reason, and approved payouts are processed by the Kariant team — so treat withdrawal as a reviewed process, not an automatic transfer.
