Can’t sign in, or the partner console isn’t appearing
Partner sign-in is the same central secure sign-in every Kariant account uses. If you cannot get in — or you are in but the console is missing — work through these checks.
Signing inlink
Clicking Sign in on any partner page shows a brief “Redirecting to secure sign-in…” screen and hands you to hq.kariant.app — that is the platform working as designed, and you are returned to where you started. There is no separate partner password: one account, one password, one two-factor setup covers the buyer and partner sides alike.
- check_circle“Incorrect email or password” is deliberately generic — check both, and use Forgot password if unsure. Reset links are time-limited and single-use; an expired or already-used link shows a clear message with a one-click “Request a new link” button.
- check_circleNew passwords must be at least 12 characters with a mix of cases, numbers, and symbols.
- check_circleIf you originally signed up another way (e.g. Google), sign-in names the affected email and points you to the original method — you can link the new one from your account security settings afterwards.
- check_circleWith two-factor enabled, have your authenticator app or phone ready; accounts holding more than one second factor choose between “Authenticator app” and “Text message” at sign-in.
The console isn’t showinglink
Console access follows your account and is granted when your application is approved and setup completes. If you were just approved and the console has not appeared, sign out and sign back in — a fresh sign-in picks up newly granted access.
- check_circleConfirm you are signed in with the same email that applied — a second account does not carry your partner access.
- check_circleCheck kariant.app/partner/status: while the application is still in review, console access is not yet granted.
Frequently asked questions
Do partners get a separate login or password rules?expand_more
No. Partners use the same Kariant account, the same central sign-in at hq.kariant.app, the same 12-character password minimum, and the same forgot/reset and two-factor flows as every other account.
Where do I manage two-factor authentication?expand_more
Under Settings → Security on kariant.app — enroll an authenticator app or remove enrolled factors there. The setting protects your whole account, buyer and partner sides alike.
