Reviews are honest inputs by design: each one is written under its author’s own account, moderated before publication, and franchisors cannot approve, reject, or edit reviews on their own listings — they can only attach one public response, which appears beneath your review.
Signed in, you can also mark another reader’s review helpful — the helpful count is a real tally that helps surface the most useful reviews.
- 1Open the brand’s detail page and scroll to the reviews section — reading reviews needs no account.
- 2Sign in and use “Write a review”: pick a star rating, add an optional title, and describe your experience.
- 3Submit. Your review goes to moderation first — it appears publicly once approved, not immediately.
