Explore franchise resales
The resale marketplace (/resale-marketplace) lists operating units their owners have put up for transfer — price, revenue, earnings multiples, and terms.

Resale listings are created by the selling owner from their franchisor console and appear live for seekers. Each listing shows asking price, revenue, seller’s discretionary earnings, the implied multiple, remaining term, and transfer fee.
Open any listing card for the full seller-reported detail in one view: asking price, annual revenue, annual seller’s discretionary earnings and the implied multiple, transfer fee, remaining franchise term, years in operation, status, and the listing date.
The exit-planning side (valuation modeling for owners) lives at /resale — useful reading even as a buyer, since it shows how sellers price units. Alongside the simplified blended valuation it includes an Advanced DCF view: a full discounted-cash-flow model showing enterprise value, present value of cash flows, terminal value, the implied multiple, and the year-by-year table behind them (the discount-rate and terminal-growth assumptions are stated on the panel).
An optional AI-adjusted estimate can be layered on top of the deterministic baseline — always clearly labeled as AI-adjusted, metered like other AI runs, and never a replacement for the rules-based figure underneath it.
