Gold Mine
Gold Mine surfaces real, current, high-value opportunities — business leads, decision-maker contacts, tenders, auctions, and M&A deals — with every result cited, link-checked, and validated before you see it.
What it doeslink
Gold Mine is Kurator's opportunity-discovery engine. Instead of analyzing a market in aggregate, it hunts for individual actionable items: companies actively seeking solutions, open tenders, live auctions, direct contacts, and merger-and-acquisition signals — scoped to your organization context and a recency window you set.
Validation is the point. Every result must be recent (within your chosen timeline), carry a real source URL, and pass live link checks; broken links are recovered where possible or dropped, and the engine never invents contact details. Returning three real leads is treated as better than fifteen fake ones — an empty result is possible and honest.
Kariant-curated inventorylink
Alongside your own scans, Gold Mine carries a Kariant-curated rail: opportunities hand-verified and published by the Kariant team, shown per category on both kariant.app/kurator/goldmine and kurator.kariant.app/goldmine (leads, contacts, tenders, auctions, M&A). Each curated card shows a public teaser for free.
Curated activities are individually priced in Koins by the Kariant team and shown on the card before you act (India accounts see Sikka): Unlock detail reveals the full brief and source; Reserve takes a race-proof 72-hour exclusive hold on the opportunity; Reveal contact opens decision-maker details where offered. Prices are enforced server-side, an unlock is never charged twice, and a listing shows Reserved while another member holds it. The full brief, source link and contact details are delivered by the unlock itself (server-vaulted — they are never present in the public listing data), so what you paid for is visible only to you.
Partner marketplace listingslink
The Tenders and Auctions pages also carry live partner-published marketplace listings: businesses on the Kurator console can publish their own tenders and auction notices, which appear to every signed-in browser on kariant.app/goldmine/tenders and /goldmine/auctions after publication (Kariant moderates listings after they go live). Cards are free to browse; full contact details are gated and served securely when you request them while signed in.
The five categorieslink
The Gold Mine hub (kariant.app/goldmine, or /kurator/goldmine on the Kurator side) links into a dedicated discovery page per category:
- check_circleBusiness Leads — companies showing active purchase intent for solutions like yours.
- check_circleContacts — decision-makers and direct contacts relevant to your offering.
- check_circleTenders — open government and enterprise tenders, filtered to currently-open or closing-soon.
- check_circleAuctions — asset, liquidation, and surplus auctions that are open or upcoming.
- check_circleM & A — mergers, acquisitions, and distressed-deal signals.
Run a scanlink
Each category page runs the AI discovery engine with live web-search grounding for that category.
- 1Open the Gold Mine hub and pick a category.
- 2Set your timeline window (for example, the last 7 days) — only results inside that window are returned.
- 3Start the scan. Results come back with source URL, platform, author, content, a relevance score, and reasoning for why each item is high-value.
- 4Save the items worth pursuing — saved leads go to My Gold Mines, and the hub's combined search covers everything you have saved and scanned.
Kontinue: your leads CRMlink
Saved opportunities flow into Kontinue, the centralized Gold Mine leads CRM (kariant.app/kurator/goldmine/kontinue), so discovery and follow-up live in one place. The hub also surfaces pending and resumable scans so nothing gets lost between sessions.
Remember the platform's lead economics: organic leads and traffic on Kariant are free and unlimited — Koins meter the AI-generated discovery work itself, free on the platform default model with premium picks billed at Kurator's 1.5× multiplier.
Marking a lead wonlink
Marking an opportunity Successful reaches further than your own pipeline: the lead is flagged platform-wide and drops out of future scan results for every member, so a closed opportunity stops resurfacing for other people. That is why the action is restricted to someone who actually worked the lead.
The rule is: save the lead to My Gold Mines first, then mark it won. A won-marking on a lead you have not saved is refused. Marking a lead won never costs Koins.
Fit scoring: rank leads against your ICPlink
Score Fit (in the Kontinue Leads Hub) ranks your saved, still-open leads by how well they match you. Each scored lead gets a 0–100 FIT badge and a one-tap "Rank by fit" ordering; leads without a score sort to the bottom rather than being given an invented number.
Two engines power the score, and the badge always tells you which was used. When your own pipeline has enough closed outcomes (Won and Lost leads), the score is learned from that history — a fresh prediction is fitted on your outcomes at request time, with no stored model. Until then, it is a transparent Kontext fit score: overlap between the lead and your confirmed ICP (industry, region, needs, decision drivers, deal-breakers) blended with the lead's relevance score. Fit scoring needs a Kontext profile — without one it declines to score rather than guessing.
Frequently asked questions
Is Gold Mine finished?expand_more
Yes — the five discovery categories, the validation pipeline, saved leads, the Kontinue CRM, and the Kariant-curated inventory rail are all live.
How do I know the leads are real?expand_more
Every result must carry a real source URL and pass a live link check; broken links are recovered or discarded, contact details are never invented, and each lead includes its reasoning and a relevance score. A scan can legitimately return few or zero results if nothing genuine is found.
What does a scan cost?expand_more
Gold Mine scans are metered like other Kurator runs — free on the platform default model, with Koins billed for premium models and paid extras at the 1.5× Kurator multiplier. The estimate is shown before you run.
Where do saved leads go?expand_more
Into My Gold Mines and the Kontinue leads CRM at /kurator/goldmine/kontinue, where you can search across every saved and scanned lead in one place.
What is the FIT score on my leads?expand_more
A 0–100 ranking of each open lead against your Kontext ICP — or, once your pipeline has enough Won/Lost history, a prediction learned from your own outcomes. Score Fit is a metered Kurator action; the badge tooltip shows which engine scored each lead.
Why can't I mark a lead as won?expand_more
Won-marking only works on leads you have saved yourself. Save it to My Gold Mines first, then mark it Successful. The restriction exists because a won lead is suppressed from every member's scan results, not just from yours.
Can Gold Mine pull opportunities from X (Twitter)?expand_more
Not yet. X-sourced discovery is built but not switched on; while it is off it reports itself unavailable rather than returning invented posts. Web-grounded discovery across the five categories is unaffected.
