You can take a complete copy of what Konsumer holds about you at any time, and account deletion is honored through your central Kariant account.

The export covers your Konsumer profile and preferences, click history, earnings and cashback records, payout history, receipt claims, wishlists, budgets, tracked products and alerts, personal items (warranties, goals, cart), referrals, and your wallet transaction history. It is a copy for you — nothing changes on your account.
- 1Open your profile (/profile), signed in, and switch to the Settings tab.
- 2Under “Download My Data”, click Download. A JSON file with everything Konsumer holds about you saves to your device.
- 3Exports are rate-limited to one per minute — if you just ran one, wait a moment and try again.
Delete your accountlink
Deletion runs through your central Kariant account (the identity portal at hq.kariant.app), because one Kariant account spans every domain. When your account is deleted, your Konsumer personal data is erased as part of that same process — shopping lists, tracked products, preferences, reviews, click history, personal items, and the personal details and images on receipt claims all go.
What is kept: the accounting records of money that actually moved (confirmed cashback, payouts) are retained without your personal profile around them, as financial-integrity records. If the account is suspended or owes a balance, that state is retained too — deletion is a privacy right, not a way to reset standing.
Deletion waits for open money to settle first: pending cashback, an in-flight payout, a receipt claim under review, or an outstanding owed balance pauses the deletion until resolved, and the deletion status tells you which one.

Something on the account is still money-in-motion — pending cashback, an unsettled payout, or a receipt claim under review. Deletion resumes once it settles. If an owed balance is blocking it, contact support@kariant.app.
Does the export include other Kariant domains?expand_more
No — this export is Konsumer’s. Other Kariant products offer their own exports on their own surfaces, and platform-level data rights run through hq.kariant.app.
