Konsumer sends email for the events that matter — money movements on your account and the price alerts you explicitly set. No engagement spam, no digests.
What you will receivelink

- check_circleHoldback released — cashback held through the merchant’s window is now fully yours.
- check_circlePayout processed / paid — your Kash redemption was accepted, and again when it lands.
- check_circleReceipt claim decided — approved (with the credit) or rejected (with the reason).
- check_circlePrice-drop alert — a tracked product hit your target price, or a new deal matched one of your deal-alert keywords.
- check_circleReferral events — a friend joined through your link, and later, your referral bonus credited.
Transactional vs marketinglink
Almost everything above is transactional — receipts about your own money, or alerts you armed yourself, sent to your account’s sign-in email. The one exception: the “friend joined” note is classed as marketing, carries an unsubscribe link, and respects the platform’s marketing-email suppression list. The bonus-credited email that follows it is transactional like any other credit — unsubscribing from marketing never silences notices about your own money.
There is no weekly digest and no promotional campaign mail from Konsumer.
