How does the ROI calculator produce its numbers?expand_more
It is deterministic — no AI estimation. It applies published per-industry benchmarks (share of tickets an AI agent resolves end to end, share of handling time saved, expected conversion uplift) to the operating figures you enter, then compares the resulting monthly saving against the list price of the tier it recommends. The same inputs always produce the same output, and the full method is written out on the calculator page.
Is the ROI output a quote?expand_more
No. It is an indicative model based on your inputs and published benchmarks. Actual results depend on your data quality, integrations and volumes — a forward-deployed engineer validates the numbers against your real systems before an engagement is priced.
