A conversion isn’t showing
Most "missing" conversions resolve to one of three states: the buyer never came through your tracked link, the conversion is still pending review, or the order was reversed.
Check, in orderlink
- 1Confirm the buyer used YOUR tracked link (from /links) — a direct visit to the merchant cannot attribute to you.
- 2Check /earnings for a pending entry — conversions often exist before they are approved, and pending is not visible as "paid".
- 3Allow for the hold window — some approved commissions release on a schedule rather than instantly.
- 4If the order was refunded or reversed by the merchant, the commission is legitimately not payable.
